AFFORDABLE and also family friendly, Kura's Kabanas offer beachfront accommodation at Muri Lagoon on Rarotonga island. There are four comfortable kabanas (bungalows) plus three family studio units, as well as a more private holiday cottage for two a short walk away on the inland road. The accommodations have ensuite bathrooms and self-catering facilities (including fridge/freezer and microwave oven) plus relaxing private deck to enjoy the lovely views.

There is a gas BBQ, use of kayaks, laundry service, beachside loungers and cot/highchair on request.

Holiday Bungalows Accommodation

There is a choice of self-catering accommodation suitable for couples, families, honeymooners or friends. Laundry service is available. Cot or highchair available on request.
  • Four beachfront bungalows (kabanas)
  • Three Family Studio Units, with top floor lagoon view
  • Hideaway Cottage called the Luv Nest, with private garden, located on the inland road (i.e. different location)

Dining and Entertainment

The rooms are self-contained and include self-catering facilities, including fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven and grill, microwave oven, small appliances, crockery and cutlery. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk and water is provided. Also, free of charge is use of the undercover gas BBQ, with utensils. Tropical fruit of the season is provided complimentary upon arrival. Sometimes barbecues are arranged on request (minimum 4 people). Guests provide their own beverages.

  • Muri Beach and Lagoon is a hot spot on Rarotonga for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and many watersports opportunities.
  • Rarotonga island tours and hikes.
